STEPHANOTIS

One of nature's finest gifts, Stephanotis is a bridal bouquet favorite for its clusters of pure white, 1" funnel flowers with a wonderful fragrance and waxy appearance. This evergreen vine can be planted outdoors for blossoms from June throughout the summer or indoors for a six week bloom period.

1. Light

Outdoors, the roots should be planted in the shade with the top vining through filtered shade. Indoors, they prefer bright light, early morning sun before the hot part of the day.

2. Soil

When planting outdoors, add the Azalea/Camellia Mix to the native soil. When planting indoors in a container, we suggest an acidic soil mix using a combination of Azalea/Camellia Mix and peat moss.

3. Water

Keep the soil moist but not soggy. Good drainage is a MUST.

4. SUPPORT

Stephanotis REQUIRES some type of structure to climb into and twine about, ideally a trellis or the post of a deck railing where it can lead from post to post.
