Outdoor Furniture Sales
JOB SUMMARY: Actively assists customers with sales of outdoor and casual living furniture. Includes selling custom and special-order merchandise as well as in-stock products. Primary responsibilities are sales of outdoor furniture and accessories, but also includes home décor, holiday and collectable products.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong merchandise knowledge in the categories of outdoor furniture and patio accessories
Strong interpersonal & sales skills
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Basic computer skills, including processing sales transactions
Full time, includes weekends. Hourly wage – plus direct commission. Benefits.
Prior outdoor furniture sales experience required
Outdoor Nursery Sales
JOB SUMMARY: Actively assists customers with sales of outdoor plant material, pottery, fountains, fertilizers, insecticides and fungicides. Includes selling custom and special-order merchandise as well as in-stock products.

Home Décor Sales Lead Salesperson
OBJECTIVE: To be an active leader of the sales and service team, to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers, and to assist with the efficient operations of our store.
JOB SUMMARY: Actively lead the Roger’s Gardens home décor team in assisting customers with sales of Home Décor, Holiday and Collectables, Fine Art, Patio, and Gourmet Foods. Key emphasis is on customer service, floor coverage, staff scheduling, product knowledge, staff training, and implementing company policy and procedures. Other responsibilities include assisting with store operations, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and other related duties assigned by management.
Includes selling custom and special-order merchandise as well as in-stock products.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
*Strong merchandise knowledge in the categories of home décor, collectables and holiday merchandise, and possibly patio furnishings, fine art and gourmet foods
*Strong interpersonal and sales skills

Visual Display/Merchandiser
Roger’s Gardens retail garden center is seeking candidates for our merchandising team. This is a visual display / merchandising position for America’s most beautiful home and garden center. Position requires 5 years minimum of design experience in the field or similar experience. Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure of timed deadlines. We cross-merchandise over 15 categories covering 5 acres of indoor buildings and outdoor display areas. Products include Home Décor, Outdoor Living, Live Plants, Pottery and fountains. Drug screen, physicals and background checks will be required prior to any offer of employment.
