Cashier
Roger's Gardens, located in Corona del Mar, is looking for a part-time cashier to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Applicants must have PC experience and POS/Cashier experience and/or some plant knowledge is preferred. Candidates must have a good attitude and great customer service skills. The pay range is $10-$12 depending on experience.

Carryout
Roger's Gardens, located in Corona del Mar, is looking for a part-time carryout to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Customer service experience and/or some plant knowledge is preferred. Candidates must have a good attitude. Some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs or more) is required. The pay range is $10-$11 depending on experience. Candidates will also be cross-trained as a cashier.

Maintenance
Roger’s Gardens is seeking a full-time Maintenance team member. Duties include: watering, feeding, dead-heading & weeding container plants; raking, sweeping, reorganizing and remerchandising outdoor displays; building maintenance duties including trash removal, plumbing, electrical & painting. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Days are Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Some weekends may be needed. Pay range is $9-$10 per hour based on experience. Bi-lingual a plus but not required.

Outdoor Furniture Sales
JOB SUMMARY: Actively assists customers with sales of outdoor and casual living furniture. Includes selling custom and special-order merchandise as well as in-stock products. Primary responsibilities are sales of outdoor furniture and accessories, but also includes home décor, holiday and collectable products.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong merchandise knowledge in the categories of outdoor furniture and patio accessories
Strong interpersonal & sales skills
Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Basic computer skills, including processing sales transactions
Full time, includes weekends. Hourly wage – plus direct commission. Benefits.
Prior outdoor furniture sales experience required
Home Décor Sales
JOB SUMMARY: Actively assists customers with sales of Home Décor, Holiday and Collectables, Fine Art and Gourmet Foods. Includes selling custom and special-order merchandise as well as in-stock products. Primary responsibilities are sales of this merchandise, but also includes outdoor furniture, gift wrap and other merchandise.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong merchandise knowledge in the categories of home décor, collectables and holiday merchandise, and possibly patio furnishings, fine art and gourmet foods
Strong interpersonal & sales skills

Visual Display/Merchandiser
Roger’s Gardens retail garden center is seeking candidates for our merchandising team. This is a visual display / merchandising position for America’s most beautiful home and garden center. Position requires 5 years minimum of design experience in the field or similar experience. Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure of timed deadlines. We cross-merchandise over 15 categories covering 5 acres of indoor buildings and outdoor display areas. Products include Home Décor, Outdoor Living, Live Plants, Pottery and fountains. Drug screen, physicals and background checks will be required prior to any offer of employment.
