Pomegranate is one of my most favorite fruits! I like the juiciness and crunchiness. But I haven’t tried any sauce version. Does it have the same tangy, juicy flavor?

This sauce is delicious . You can use on top of cheeses as an appetizer , wrap melon with prosciutto and drizzle on top , use as a salad dressing and also makes a amazing Martini .
      Enjoy it .

It definitely has the tangy flavor. Since the sauce is more of a reduction along with other ingredients the flavor is very concentrated. It won’t be as juicy biting into a pomegranate. Or as messy! 🙂
