Chef Mila’s Mediterranean Salad

Instructions: Place everything into a large bowl and mix very well. Toss with a very good extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Season it with salt and pepper to your taste.


Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 people


1 package lettuce of your choice
½ cup kalamata olives
½ cup green olives
½ cup feta or goat cheese (crumbled)
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup capers
½ cup roasted red and yellow bell peppers (Trader Joe’s or comparable brand)
½ cup chopped fresh basil
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
Salt and pepper to taste

It’s delicious and easy to prepare.
