Enjoy our summer botanical refreshment workshop series by fusing herbs from the gardens into herbs for your cocktails. Learn how to create a Margarita with an herbal twist. Let the aroma from these herbs spark your taste buds, as our Horticulturist, Suzanne Hetrick, guides you on how to plant your patio herb container garden. At the end of the class, there will be a special guest appearance from Anthony Laborin, Chef de Swigs with Farmhouse at Roger’s Gardens. He will demonstrate how to make the perfect Margarita cocktail using the herbs from your new container garden. Workshop fee is $75 per person, includes four (4) herb plants, a container, and step-by-step instructions. Space is limited. Unfortunately, due to material costs, cancellations after July 5th cannot be refunded. *Must be 21 or over to taste the cocktail.
