• 1 1/2 cups almond flour • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda • 1/8 teaspoon salt • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened • 1/3 cup white stevia powder (or to taste) • 1 large egg • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and white stevia powder until smooth and well combined.
