Gimlet with Thyme Infused Simple Syrup

2oz gin or vodka
.75oz lime juice
.75oz thyme-infused simple syrup

Thyme Simple Syrup
Steep thyme in water, as if you were making a tea. After steeped, equal parts of the thyme tea mixed with sugar. Let sit and cool, the simple syrup will be finished.

Shake all ingredients and strain into a coupe glass.
