Is setup included with Christmas tree delivery?
Delivery includes basic in-home installation: placing the tree on the customer-provided stand. Drivers cannot move furniture, carry trees upstairs, prune or saw the tree on site, or perform unsafe activity.
Can I choose the exact individual tree?
Online orders are fulfilled with a tree hand-selected by the Roger’s Gardens team in the species and height ordered. Custom selection of an individual tree is not available online.
Is a Christmas tree stand included?
No. A stand is sold separately. Match the stand to the tree’s height and have it ready before delivery. Water-holding stands also support proper care and the Fresh Tree Guarantee requirements.
What does the Fresh Tree Guarantee require?
Eligibility requires use of a water-holding stand and preservative according to label directions, continuous watering, placement away from heat sources and proof of purchase. Additional terms and exclusions apply.
Can I order wreaths and garland with my tree?
Yes. This experience brings fresh trees, wreaths, garland, greenery and tree-care essentials together, while each product keeps its existing pickup and local-delivery eligibility.
