Details:
Our Freshness Guarantee applies to all fresh cut trees when used with a water stand and preservative and following label instructions.
Trees must remain in water at all times and away from heating sources.
Proof of Purchase is Required
To qualify, all trees must be picked up in-store or scheduled for delivery by Sunday, December 7th 2025.
Guarantees will be provided in the form of a store merchandise credit. We do not replace trees with a new tree. We provided a credit to the customer for the original price of the tree, exclusing delivery fees, stands, preservatives, etc. Roger's Gardens does not provide disposal of the tree or the delivery costs of new trees.
