• Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Returns will not be made unless the product is present, including any/all dead plants.
• The one-year plant guarantee applies to one gallon or larger landscape plants (perennials, shrubs, trees, roses and vines). The one-year plant guarantee excludes indoor plants, embellished product, patio plants, bulbs and annuals.
• The customer will receive credit in the same manner in which they originally paid. For example, if a customer paid with a credit card, Roger’s will credit the same credit card. If the customer paid by cash or check and the return is over $100, a check will be mailed in 7-10 working days.
• Fine Art merchandise may only be returned within 48 hours.
• Special Orders are not returnable.
• Markdown merchandise is not returnable.
• Holiday merchandise follows the same rules as non-holiday merchandise EXCEPT when holiday merchandise is on sale AND the customer does not have a receipt or the return cannot be validated. If we cannot validate the return, we will take back the merchandise at the current selling price. Holiday returns that can be validated are permitted at the price paid, not the current selling price.
