Shipping Items

We Currently Do Not Ship Any Plants or Living Items.

Please note: We require 2-3 business days for order processing, and an additional 2-3 days to ship from our location. Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our location, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our location, delivery times may vary according to the location of your shipping address. Remote locations that are not readily accessible may require additional time to make delivery.

Example: If you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves our location in 2-3 business days, it will leave our location no later than Thursday. After your order leaves our location, delivery times vary due to the location of your shipping address. Please note that our shipping business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the Continental United States.

* We Do Not Ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
* We Are Unable to Fullfill International Orders at this Time.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 48-72 hours from our location. Should your order include multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at variable times based on availability.

Please allow 2 business days before 12PM PST for delivery. Orders After 12PM PST will require 3 business days. Delivery available in Orange County, CA only. Deliveries made Monday - Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

Rose / Fruit Tree Delivery:
Deliveries available in Orange County, California only. Please allow 8 business days for delivery. Deliveries made Monday - Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

*Rose / Fruit Tree Returns: Please make your selections carefully. Each of your items are procured specific to your order. Once your order is submitted and fulfilled, no returns, exchanges, credits or cancellations are available.

In-Store Pickup:

All of our instore products are available for In-Store Pickup. Please allow 2 business days before 12PM PST for In-Store Pickup. Orders After 12PM PST will require 3 business days. In-Store Pickup available Monday - Sunday, excluding federal holidays. Please note: We will only hold your item(s) for ten days passed your selected pickup date.

Gift Cards

Please allow 2-3 business days to process the order. All gift cards are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking number will be provided once order is processed. Depending on your zipcode, please allow 3-5 days for delivery once your order leaves our store.

Apply Promo Codes

If you have a promo code, enter it in the box labeled “Promotional Code” and click “Update Subtotal.” You may enter the promo code in your shopping cart during checkout. Only one promo code may be used per transaction.
