How to get your product
Lavender 'Spanish Anouk White' (Lavandula stoechas 'Anouk White', also known as 'Anouk Deluxe 10173') is a compact, hardy Spanish lavender cultivar prized for its striking two-tone blooms. This evergreen sub-shrub forms dense, upright bushes typically 12–24 inches tall and wide, with narrow, silvery-gray to gray-green aromatic foliage that releases a strong camphor-rosemary scent when brushed. It features dense, dark blue-violet to purple flower heads topped by large, prominent white bracts ("flags" or "bunny ears") that provide dramatic contrast. Reblooming from spring through summer (often into fall), it's heat-tolerant, drought-resistant once established, and shows excellent resistance to foliar diseases, thriving in full sun and well-drained, slightly acidic to neutral soil.
This ornamental lavender excels in Mediterranean-style gardens, attracting pollinators like bees and butterflies while deterring deer and rabbits. Use it for borders, edging, rock gardens, containers, mass plantings, or low hedges; its fragrant blooms and foliage suit potpourri, sachets, dried arrangements, or essential oil extraction. Fresh or dried stems add aroma to floral displays. Though primarily decorative, the flowers can infuse teas or culinary accents sparingly. Prune lightly after blooming to encourage rebloom and maintain shape.
